Jim’s Formal Wear Acquires Wholesale Account Base of Skeffington’s Formal Wear Trenton, IL - November 21, 2022 – Jim’s Formal Wear, LLC (JFW) announced that it has acquired the wholesale account base and related assets of Skeffington’s Formal Wear. Skeffington’s recently announced to its retailers that it will close its wholesale formalwear operations on Dec. 24. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
