Visit your chosen JFW Retailer to choose your styles and set up your event.
Ask your groomsmen to visit a tailor, men's store or their local JFW retailer to get measured - there are 4,500+ JFW retailers nationwide. They can bring this measurement form with them when they go.
Once they have the measurements in hand. have your groomsmen share them with your chosen JFW Retailer to complete their order. They can choose to pick up in store when they arrive in town, or we can ship their suit or tux directly to their homes using our Direct Delivery service.

Provide your out-of-town groomsmen with the style numbers for the customized look you'd like them to order.
Ask your groomsmen to visit their local JFW retailer to get measured and to place their order. They can choose to pick up in-store before they travel to your wedding, or we can ship their suit or tux directly to the destination city using our Direct Delivery service.

Once you've selected the perfect looks and saved your event details, reserve your event by paying for at least one member. We'll send invites and reminders to all your groomsmen to complete their orders. You can keep track of their progress along the way
Their rental orders will ship 5-10 days before your event. If they choose to buy some of their items, the purchase items will ship earlier. They should be sure to give us the shipping address where they plan to be during that time frame.
Ask your groomsmen to try everything on as soon as they receive it and contact our Customer Service team should a replacement item be needed. That will allow plenty of time to correct any issues.
After the wedding, they'll return their items with a pre-paid shipping label to JFW.
