Customer Service Jobs

Have customer service experience with a formal wear or other apparel business? We’re looking for you! With flexible scheduling, a leading-edge contact management platform and remote work capabilities, our Customer Service area can meet you where and when you’re best available to work.

Principle Duties/Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting customers with order processing via multi-communication channels.
• Advising customers about formal wear product styles and sizing.
• Responding to customer inquiries about shipments, returns, and billing.
• Maintaining good records of call activity in customer database.
• Completing office tasks, as required, while maintaining work standards and productivity levels.
