by printing a copy of the form. Once loaded, click the 'print' button
or use your browser's print icon. |

Spend some time looking through our complete online catalog of tuxedos
and accessories. Click the 'TUXEDOS' and 'ACCESSORIES' button in the main
menu to get started. Pick your favorites for everyone - your groom, groomsmen,
ushers, ringbearers and grandfathers. |

[3]: As you find the styles you like, fill in the style names
and numbers on the form. Keep the form with your other wedding planning
paperwork. |

When you're ready, visit your nearest Jim's
Formal Wear Retailer to begin the ordering process. A completed
